'Rock the Boat' is an annual summer social event, which is held on the Thames, and organised by the BPI in association with British Music Rights and the All-Party Music Group.  It attracts an audience of more than 200 MPs, civil servants and industry attended, who gather to hear live music performances and discuss industry issues.
