At the end of the panel session there will be networking time to meet with the speakers, others in the Creative Sector, Business Link staff and representatives of the membership organisations supporting this event.

Ian Mason - Royal Bank of Scotland
Ian Mason is Head of Creative Industries London for the RBS group in the commercial banking market space (£1m-£25m t/o businesses). Ian has a particular interest and knowledge of technology companies having spent 5 years outside banking in the telecoms industry where he managed business development, strategy and partner relations for ntl:Business, firstly in East Anglia and then nationally for the Public Sector segment. The Creative Industry team at RBS focus on London's fastest growing sector to provide debt, cash management solutions and a range of banking services tailored for the media, music, publishing, technology and telecoms sectors.
Hugh Mason - Pembridge Partners, LLP
Hugh is a television producer and has over 15 experience of running his own business working with clients including Northern Film and Media, Screen Yorkshire, Southwest Screen, NESTA and the Design Business Association and working with the BBC.
At Pembridge he specialises in working with Governmental organisation and regional development agencies in building ther strategies for growth in the creative industry sector.
